**THIS COURSE IS FOR 18+ ONLY. ** It is run and provided for free by Likkle Swimmers.

During this course, you will learn all about resuscitation and basic first aid such as choking and injuries. 

You will also do some basic lifesaving, both in the pool and on the side. You do not need to know how to swim. 

It will be a really interesting but fun course to join and hopefully you will learn lots of new skills!
